Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Exeechain. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please read them - they're reasonable, but they're binding.

Exeechain is operated by Lachu Man Basnet. It is not yet incorporated, so there is no registered company or company number to name here. If you need a counterparty entity before you can sign, email legal@exeechain.com and we will sort that out rather than let you discover it at signature.

1. The service

Exeechain provides churn and failed-payment recovery for SaaS on Stripe: it ingests customer and billing data, scores retention risk, surfaces revenue leaking out of your billing (failed payments, expiring cards, slipping renewals), and drafts and triggers retention work for your approval. We deliver it on a best-effort basis - see Section 8 for our uptime target.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your company.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person - invite your teammates rather than sharing a login. Extra users are free on every plan; we price on customers, not seats.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Exeechain to track people who haven't consented to being tracked.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or proprietary code.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass email through any feature of the product.
• Upload illegal content or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Bypass rate limits, plan caps, or attempt to access another tenant's data.

Violations result in account suspension and, in serious cases, termination of your account.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellations

• Plans are prepaid monthly or annually via our payment provider.
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are not returned, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.

5. Your data

You own all data you upload. For the customer records you bring in we act as a processor on your instructions; for your own account and billing data we are the controller. See the Privacy Policy for specifics. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request. Email legal@exeechain.com.

6. Our IP

The Exeechain product, brand, models, prompts, and code are ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your customer data and configuration as confidential. We will not share it with third parties except (a) sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, (b) when required by law, or (c) with your explicit written consent.

8. Uptime

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime and publish our live status. We do not offer contractual service credits yet - when we do, it will be because we can prove the number.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Exeechain is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time for any reason. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before terminating for non-cause. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days; after that, we delete it.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless required otherwise by your local law.
