What it is

How it works

    AI drafts the outreach.

    At the moment of trigger, AI drafts the email per customer. The draft uses their actual last support thread, recent NPS comment, most-used feature, and renewal context, so it reads like a CSM wrote it for that specific account.

    You review and send.
