What it is

A CS-native LLM, grounded in your data.

What's the trend on Globex's support-ticket sentiment over the last quarter?These are two-second questions when phrased to a person; they're twenty-minute query-builder questions in most CS tools.

Copilot is Exeechain's natural-language layer on top of all your customer data. Type the question, get the answer — with the underlying records linked, so you can verify. It can also draft outreach (renewal emails, expansion pitches, executive escalations), summarize accounts, and explain why a score changed. How it works

Three things Copilot does well.

  1. Step 01

    Ad-hoc data questions.

    Plain-English queries against billing, usage, support, NPS, and CRM data. Returns a structured answer with the source records linked so you can audit. No SQL, no query builder, no analyst lookup.

  2. Step 02

    Drafted outreach.

    Ask Copilot to draft a renewal email, an expansion pitch, an executive escalation, or a save email — for one customer or a batch. The draft uses their actual support history, NPS comments, feature usage, and renewal timing.

  3. Step 03

    Score explanations.

    Why did this customer's health score drop? Copilot reads the underlying signals and explains the change in plain English. Same for why a customer was added to a playbook, or why a renewal is at risk.
