Feature · AI Copilot
Ask anything about your customer base in plain English — “show me accounts that lost their champion in the last 30 days,” “draft a renewal email for Acme using their last QBR,” “why did Globex's health score drop 14 points last week.” Two-second answers, grounded in your actual data.
What it is
Most CS questions don't need a dashboard — they need an answer. Which accounts in our enterprise tier have a renewal in the next 60 days and a health score below 70? Who's the CSM on Acme? What's the trend on Globex's support-ticket sentiment over the last quarter? These are two-second questions when phrased to a person; they're twenty-minute query-builder questions in most CS tools.
Copilot is Exeechain's natural-language layer on top of all your customer data. Type the question, get the answer — with the underlying records linked, so you can verify. It can also draft outreach (renewal emails, expansion pitches, executive escalations), summarize accounts, and explain why a score changed. It's included on every plan from $299/mo, not gated behind an AI add-on tier.
How it works
Step 01
Plain-English queries against billing, usage, support, NPS, and CRM data. Returns a structured answer with the source records linked so you can audit. No SQL, no query builder, no analyst lookup.
Step 02
Ask Copilot to draft a renewal email, an expansion pitch, an executive escalation, or a save email — for one customer or a batch. The draft uses their actual support history, NPS comments, feature usage, and renewal timing.
Step 03
Why did this customer's health score drop? Copilot reads the underlying signals and explains the change in plain English. Same for why a customer was added to a playbook, or why a renewal is at risk.
Why it matters for NRR
Most ad-hoc CS queries die because the friction of building them outweighs the answer. Copilot kills the friction; the answers actually get used.
If asking for a draft is faster than writing one, drafted outreach becomes the team's habit. Volume goes up; per-email writing time goes down.
New CSMs ramp on Copilot in a day. They don't need to learn the platform's reporting structure — they ask the questions in their head.
